Action Priorities

The League of Women Voters of South Carolina, as we do every year, has chosen a number of legislative issues that we think League members can act on most effectively. With the help and support of our members and friends, this legislative session should be one of lively and successful advocacy at the State House.

We will keep members informed through the SC League Leaders Update, the SC VOTER, Action Alerts and this site about what's happening in these areas. We will let you know when we need you to take action. Our lobbying efforts will succeed only if we have the help of a significant number of League members who contact their own legislators about these important issues.

The Action Priorities for LWVSC for 2007-2009 can be found here as Word or as pdf.
